Job Title: Researcher and Assistant Curator, Noctuidae

    Research Interests

My research interests focus on the Afrotropical Agaristinae, last revised by Kiriakoff (1977). As such, the current systematics and taxonomic arrangement are confused.

Perhaps the most striking of the Agaristinae are species belonging to the genus Heraclia, which display magnificent aposematic colour patterns. Aposematism and mimicry form a secondary research interest of mine.
